Survey the Level of Job Satisfaction among Medical-Surgical Nurses in Selected Hospitals of University of Medical Sciences (Bagee-Atollah Hospital)

چکیده مقدمه: فرایند پرستاری روش منظم و سازماندهی شده ارائه مراقبت پرستاری است. آگاهی از کیفیت ثبت فرآیند پرستاری می تواند به عنوان ابزاری برای ارزشیابی کیفیت مراقبت های پرستاری مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. هدف: هدف این پژوهش، تعیین کیفیت ثبت فرایند پرستاری در پرونده بیماران بستری در بخش های داخلی جراحی بوده است. روش کار: برای انجام این پژوهش ، پرونده ۶۷ بیمار به طور تصادفی انتخاب شد و کیفیت ثبت فرایند پرستاری مکتوب در گزارش پرونده ها با استفاده از چک لیست مورد بررسی قرار گرفت . تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات با نرم افزار آماری SPSS صورت گرفت. نتایج: کیفیت ثبت فرایند پرستاری در ۶۳ / ۸ درصد موارد مورد بررسی ، در رتبه خوب قرار گرفت و از بین تمام مشخصه های دموگرافیک پرستاران ثبت کننده و همچنین مشخصه های بیماران ، تنها متغیر جنس بر کیفیت ثبت بعضی از مراحل فرایند پرستاری موثر بوده است. بحث و نتیجه گیری: ثبت مشکلات بیماران، می تواند به نوعی بیانگر سختی کار پرستاران باشد، چرا که هرچه تعداد مشکلات بیماران تشخیص های پرستاری ثبت شده، بیشتر باشد حجم کار بالینی افزایش خواهد یافت . در ضمن با استفاده از اوراق ثبت فرایند پرستاری، مدیران خدمات پرستاری می توانند نسبت به ارزشیابی عملی کیفیت کار پرستاران، پی بردن سریع به مشکلات بیماران، ارزشیابی اقدامات پرستاری و ارتقاء نظارت اقدام نمایند و بدین ترتیب ابزار تضمین کیفیت مناسبی در اختیار مدیران قرار می گیرد.
